What are your wigs made out of?
Our wigs are made using Virgin European hair. This means that the hair has never been touched or processed with any treatments or chemicals. The construction of the cap is unique and innovative to offer the most light and comfortable wearing experience.
How Long Can I Expect My Wig to Last?
With proper care and upkeep you can expect your Stern wig to last you five years or more. This is heavily dependent on care and use.
What do I do with my bio hair under the wig?
Your bio can be long or short. Tie it into a bun at the nape of your neck and put on the wig as instructed in the consultation.
What do I do if I do not have any bio hair? Is the wig still compatible?
Yes! Our wigs are compatible and secure with or without hair underneath. Be sure to use the wig grip that comes with your wig purchase and you will be good to go.
Can you sleep or work out in a Stern Wig?
No. We do not recommend sleeping, working out, or swimming while wearing a Stern wig.
I booked a consultation. How can I best prepare to get the most out of my time?
We are excited to meet you! Come with your hair the way you usually wear or style it. Bring along reference photos of any color/ length or style that you are aiming for. Feel free to also bring along photos of your natural hair when you loved it most.
