1. ORDERS & SALES

Payment Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • A 4% credit card processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments
  • Prices are listed in USD

Returns & Exchanges

  • All wig sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances

Shipping Address Policy

  • All orders will be shipped only to the shipping address provided at checkout
  • We do not permit changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed
  • We will not ship to any alternate addresses
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete

2. CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Each custom wig is handcrafted to order
  • Custom orders take approximately 2.5 months to complete
  • Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or modified
  • Estimated timelines are shared at checkout

3. ALTERATIONS & WARRANTY

What's Included with Every Dina Stern Wig Purchase:

  • 3-month warranty for repairs
  • One-time cut & color service

Third-Party Wig Services:

  • Repairs on wigs from other brands come with a 1-week alteration window post-service

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Coverage

  • We ship domestically and internationally
  • Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier or customs delays
  • Lost items if customer fails to insure their wig when shipping to us

  • Images

  • Product designs
